Why planners bring couples here
The place does half the work. The ceremony meadow faces the mountains, the tent sits on the ridge above the village, and nobody else is on site.
Guests sleep where they party
12 Lotus tents for two, a 9-bed dome and seven village guesthouses within minutes. A two-night wedding is the norm, three is better.
Our kitchen feeds everyone
A vegetarian kitchen with menus from 85 to 215 ₾ per guest, a barbecue station, breakfast and corkage on your wine. No outside catering needed.
A season, not a weekend
Early May to mid October. Long golden hours, warm days, cool mountain nights, and a rain plan that closes the tent walls.
What the venue includes
- 10 wooden tables and seating for 100 guests, with the table kit (linen, plates, cutlery, glasses, candle holders)
- Power at the tent, the meadow and the yurt; a JBL speaker with two microphones for the ceremony and speeches
- Props to borrow: photo-booth frame, welcome and seating boards, lanterns, haystacks, vases, blankets and poufs
- Fridge and freezer for the cake, Starlink Wi-Fi (~300 Mbps), fire circle, sauna, yoga dome as a rain-proof lounge
- One person on our side who answers you fast and is on site on the wedding day
What we add on request
- Handmade wedding arch on the meadow: 1,500 ₾
- Local flowers on the tables and in the tent: 750 ₾; around the camp: another 750 ₾
- Extra decor and styling from 1,000 ₾, fireworks 600 ₾, photo booth set-up 1,000 ₾
- Day-of coordinator: 1,200 ₾. Civil registration on site: 255 ₾
- Guest transport from Batumi and Khulo by 4x4 or minibus, priced per car
Logistics for your team
Set-up the day before
Your vendors can arrive and build the day before; we help with unloading and power.
Vendor transport
Most vendors charge their ride up here on top. We pool vendors into one car where we can, and we know who works in the mountains.
Music until midnight
The tent goes quiet at midnight and the party moves to the yurt. Fireworks are allowed.
Sound and light
Our speaker covers the ceremony and dinner; a dance floor needs a DJ system. Partner lighting rigs from 1,000 ₾.
