Khikhani fortress + Shuamta lakes day tour

A full-day combined trip to two of upland Adjara's signature spots. Morning: the Khikhani fortress, a ruined stronghold perched on a ridge with sightlines down both valleys. The walk to it is short but exposed; the view at the top is what people remember. Afternoon: the Shuamta lakes, a cluster of high-altitude lakes with cold, swimmable water and grassland for a picnic. We handle transport, the guide, a packed lunch on the way, and dinner back at the restaurant. It works as a contrast day for retreat groups (output the body, reset the head) or as a wedding-week activity for guests staying multiple days. The road in is good gravel; doable for most group sizes. Weather-dependent — clear days are best for the panorama at Khikhani.
